Condition Reporting
CHAMPS Condition Reports (CRs) are documents used to report problems (faulty conditions) that may or may not require further action. In many facilities a simple Work Request will suit the reporting, review and approval requirements. In highly regulated industries, a Condition Report module is required to support complex and multi-discipline evaluations, engineering/maintenance/operational reviews, regulatory reporting and approval hierarchies.
A Condition Report may be initiated by any CHAMPS User to document any deficiency or problem. A newly initiated CR is reviewed and screened by a Corrective Action Program team. The Screening process may trigger the automatic generation of additional documents such as an Evaluation, Operability, Reportability, and Maintenance Rule evaluations.
Multiple Action items and Work Orders may be manually written against the CR. Each CR-related document has its own workflow approval process and supporting documentation defined in comments and attachments.
