CHAMPS Project Tracking Module tracks the transaction details and financial aspects of a wide variety of projects including capital projects, engineering projects, cost-sensitive projects, and project-oriented work. Project Tracking makes it easy to capture, analyze, and report on the financial impact of projects allowing you to generate accurate reports comparing projected needs against budgets and current expenses.

• Easy Project Setup: Define requirements for all of your projects and easily create and enter the project data

• Unlimited Project Tracking: Enter and track an unlimited number of projects

• User-defined Classification of Projects: Utilize a user-defined alphanumeric code for classification and sub-classification of all projects

• Support for Multiple Types of Projects: Track multiple types of projects using a two-character code

• Percent Completion Tracking: Report and update your Project Tracking percent of completion using a ten-digit numeric value

• Project Approvals: Obtain on-line approval of projects with routing levels and alert notification capabilities

• Daily Project Entry: Enter complete project data in the Project Tracking Adjustments window, Voucher window, Invoice window, Journal Entry window, Requisition window, or Purchase Order window

• Project Adjustments: Make adjustments to active projects

• On-line Project Status: Check the status of on-line projects (active or inactive)

• Project Reports: Create, view, and print reports, including project detail listings, summary listings, and work breakdown structures
