The Specifications Module
Features and Functions
Equipment Specifications may be used to define a list equipment measurements and performance characteristics. For example, a motor may have specification items associated to it referring to measurements such as shaft size, frame size, etc. and performance characteristics such as voltage, horsepower, etc.
Specification items may have design values associated to them (such as horsepower = 30 hp, shaft size = 1 ½”, etc.) providing baseline values specifying what should be used to replace a particular piece of equipment.
Specification sheets may also be designed to capture PM survey information and trigger out-of-spec alarms within the Equipment module.
